If I own normal dlc and want to buy deluxe do I still have to pay full price?
I'm trying to get a weapon from a previous season pass. I know the only way to get it for right now is to buy the witch queen deluxe edition. I already own the non deluxe so I was wondering do I still have to pay the full price of the edition. I'm PlayStation as well.

you will pay whatever sony wants to charge you. bungie is not the retailer and as such has no control over prices on the platforms
