Allo there,
Bungie has suspended all sales in Russian and Belarus. You can still access the game and play any content already owned.

You can find more info at the link below. https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/51156 Unfortunately I'm not sure if buying from a 3rd party will work so do so at your own risk. All I can say is that officially Bungie has suspended sales in Russian and Belarus.
