Unable to Obtain Piercing Sidearms in Nightmare Harvester
Whenever I try to get the piercing sidearms perk in the Nightmare Harvester, it won't register in the game/with my account and I'm not able to obtain it.

I also cannot unlock it. Continues to allow me to do the unlock prompt, but will not stick once I leave the Artifact.
