Transmog is broken
I cant create any new armor as decoration.
When I am pressing F icon just blinking red color.
p.s. I have all needed resources for creation

If you preview some armor - then you can press F but progress can't acquire 100% of progress. But if you still hold F button after over 30 sec will create decoration. Bungie, please fix this functionality.
