I have the same issue. I already re-linked my amazon/twitch and bungie accounts multiple times. It's blinking for me as well in the tower. I checked in the companion app and Amanda has a ton of stuff for me. Just not appearing in-game.

I didn't even think to use the companion app to check. Turns out; 87 unclaimed items might bug her inventory out...

Yeah I was just messing with the app features and stumbled upon it accidentally. It gives me hope though. At least they are there. They said Amanda has a 60 item limit cap. Maybe that's the reason of the bug.
