Allo there,
Unfortunately at this time you get one name change and that's it. Unless your name violated the CoC, then to wait to see if Bungie allow more changes in the future.

If it gets reported you wong get the choice of a name change, if the name is reported and violates CoC, it just changes to [i][b]'Guardian#' [/b][/i] with 4 number ID at the end.
