Why do grenade launchers have a max blast radius of 55, such a weird number. I’d love to see grenade launchers have different roles since we have only lightweight and waveform grenade launcher frames (referring to only special weapon GLs)
Lower blast radius=higher single target damage
Higher blast radius =higher crowd control less damage to individual targets
If the grenade launcher has a high blast radius before using concussion/blinding grenades, I believe it to be more fair if it was kept as lower single target damage output and more crowd control (basically undo the blast radius nerf to these blinding effects, and you already nerfed the damage output they give off). I have to basically direct impact an enemy to damage them with a blinding GL, a little dumb that a remote detonation is basically worthless unless I want to blind them only
