Are you using a controller with trigger stops or an issue with the trigger? Sparrows require a full trigger pull to boost properly, so if anything prevents the trigger from being pulled down fully, the Sparrow isn't going to go much faster, if at all.

I don't know what type trigger system controller I'm using. It's just the standard controller that comes with the console on ps4

Do you have another controller you could try? There are currently no known issues with Sparrows boosting, and what I've typically seen when people experience this is that they're using a controller with trigger stops or a busted trigger.

I got 4 controller in total. 3 wireless & 1 wired. All the same result. Trigger is fully applied & yet still seems slow
