i am missing my prime rewards. all accounts are fully linked and have got my reward before with no problems except for December and now march. i have checked the partner rewards and its not showing up there and i even contacted amazon on the phone and vchat 5 times they said its on bungie's end. the picture link i shared is of proof i talked to amazon. this is now going on 2 weeks with no reply from bungie and no help from no one. i have also seen other people in the forum have the same problem and get no help. Can we please get some help. i just want my hard light pack and the emblem that comes with it
