One thing that always bothered me in PVE was seeing heavy ammo on the ground, after clearing a room, that couldn't be picked up. Most of us would usually shoot our heavy then pick up the ammo, but what if we could still utilize that ammo despite having max reserves? The addition of an exotic heavy with the perk to make the gun more powerful by picking up additional heavy on max reserves would be extremely useful in things such as nightfalls. This perk is very versatile since the same relative idea can be used as the primary or secondary perk for any type of exotic heavy weapon.
