Please add a note about the error 17 that is appearing for many users, several posts about it on here. I’m assuming it’s related in some way to the “no name change available” issue, but that is a different error message than we’re receiving.
Over 24 hrs now and still unable to name change, just want some acknowledgement that this issue is also under investigation.

Agreed! My husband is having the same issue. He just wants his original name back that he used in D1, D2 and is on his Triumph shirt! Link shows the error and the shirt. If it was fine for Bungie to print it on a shirt, why is it being denied now?
