Demands lol What they need to do tbh is just remove support for windows from the requirements page. If it’s becoming this much of an issue just dump it from the requirements.
Demands lol
So in your mind, customers who might have spent up to $100 freaking dollars on software that was dead-on-arrival and totally broken for weeks and weeks... Those people just need to STFU and and walk away? Really? Honestly, this whole problem attracts so much "F*** you, I've got mine" from fans with newer computers or consoles.
What they need to do
Skipped the ending, I see.

  • I highly doubt your system cannot support windows 10 and still run destiny. 99% of the people here who run windows 7 are concerned about privacy issues when they don’t realize their phone does it much worse than windows 10.

To reiterate, none of that changes the points in my post. Bungie's promises, testing-process, and product are all broken.
I highly doubt your system cannot support windows 10 and still run destiny.
I'm more concerned with the software aspects, since I took a digital blowtorch to the "Get Windows 10" malware when it started popping up to cover the screen at the worst possible times, and I would really rather not do an in-place upgrade given how much buggier it is reported to be versus a fresh install. However due pandemic-changes, at this moment it is my only computer that can run my employer's software for work. This means the unknown risks of "elective surgery" interrupting my paycheck and rent-payments dramatically outweigh trying to work-around one game that the developer broke with a botched release.

  • And it seems that you and others don't have enough discernment to understand the question posed here. Bungie claims that the game works on the claimed Windows versions (7 or 8.1) and the game is not working. It would be too much for the topic, there are no useless messages that do nothing to solve the problem. And I wanted to see you and whoever gets mimimi buy something that says it works with something and doesn't work.

  • Sounds like you miss the point and can't read hints. But thanks for bumping the thread.
