I’m just gonna rank it as okay, I hate heavily mechanical stuff in raids cause I have no confidence in what I do, I’m just the “take care of adds and be a distraction” so I could stun the caretaker, but the rest no idea Me and my clan took 12 hours to do it and got stuck there, cause we ran out of tokens and it was just getting to exhausted It was fun, don’t get me wrong, but i won’t say it was amazing.

Just out of curiosity, did you run it while contest mode was active? I personally don't think I have either the patience or the skill for contest mode. I did complete a run of Master VOG once and it was beyond painful. I ran my first after contest mode went offline, and it took us roughly 4 hours from start to finish with clanmates who attempted it on contest mode. On the whole, I had a lot of fun running it.

  • Well I didn’t have a choice, but either way it was still a okay raid for being so heavy on mechanics, kinda reminds me of gos, since that was the most glitches thing in the game Sure you may say wait a bit after reset but meh it’s not gonna change my idea since it’s so mechanic based, I mean vog is just shoot stuff in a order, hide from the gorgons, shoot oracles on order, not too hard but there are a lot of add Dsc, not hard but the experience are just as fun, easy to understand, easy to get but it’s a welcoming and fun experience even if it is easy Gos, it was confusing but I still managed to understand the basics since they were so easy to understand and were easy to see when the raid already pointed stuff out before the encounter This raid gave you little information and made you rely on doing everything you wanted, the first encounter was so confusing until realised the way to continue was to shoot the thing in the middle, ima just call it a switch, but they didn’t point it out at all before hand, not in the campaign or the raid I’m fine with mechanics, just point them out at some point to people

But then again, I can understand that they want to up the ante from their previous raids and make it even more ambitious.
Dsc, not hard but the experience are just as fun, easy to understand, easy to get but it’s a welcoming and fun experience even if it is easy
Agree, DSC is currently my favorite raid of them all.
Gos, it was confusing but I still managed to understand the basics since they were so easy to understand and were easy to see when the raid already pointed stuff out before the encounter
Same, but the times i ran it, compared to other raids, I found GoS to be a somewhat sluggish experience. It's a nice raid, sure, but often feels like certain segments move at a snail's pace.

True, but let me try say why I still say gos was just a tiny bit better, it pointed out what you needed to shoot and what you needed to do, motes go into the beam towers for example But for the first event, they don’t tell you to pick up the spikes that appear or that you have to kill taken knights that spawn on the darkness side of the light side Or to shoot the switch in the middle to open doors Or you have to stun the caretaker by making him slam and shooting him in the head and back, nothing tells you this and nothing says how you doing, in raid your goal is to survive, the caretaker says “risk dying to stun him I only ever avoided the damage was jumping backward but then have to hope I’m not in a snipers shot or I’m not jumping off the map
