It’s perfectly fine for people to ask others to know what to do. It’s insane to call that toxic. It’s bloody toxic to say that is toxic. Why does every raid group have to teach someone how to do the raid? Do groups that just want to clear quickly and get loot not exist? You people are out of your minds.
Yeah I agree with your point of view, but it does in fact come off very snobby since the raid has literally JUST been released.

Which is why needing people with experience is all the more important. It's a brand new raid and it's contest mode. Wanting people who have been in there and doing the encounters gives you a much better chance at completing it ON CHALLENGE MODE than grabbing someone who has never been in there and didn't even put any effort into getting their own day 1 group to begin with. How the -blam!- is that snobbish? It's called valuing your own time and you're free to form your own group without being -blam!- insulted. What the hell is wrong with you people? You call people snobs and say they're toxic because they're running THEIR OWN GROUP how they want, and you don't like how they're doing it?
