The servers are indeed down until reset, but that doesn't mean you can't start the game and listen to the new menu music which i wanted to do. And i know you can do this since my clan mates and other players are currently doing this.

You do not need to start the game. I can hear the music on my home screen.

i know, but the problem is that i can't even get to that point, it just loads and then black screens.

are you trying to load in on PS4 by chance?

This has nothing to do with a PS4 There just wasn't a WQ pre-download for PS4 The only thing that's changed for PS4 is the title screen
