bungie gmfu

so this issue is a very prevalent one at the moment. i lost access to my PlayStation account for about 2 months, and as we all know, the witch queen is about to drop. i myself preordered the deluxe edition of the witch queen and just read that none of it will transfer if i don’t have access to my playstation account. if there is any way i can receive my rewards on my steam account (aka the cross save platform other than my PlayStation) i would like to know. because im not dropping another 120$ on the dlc because i can’t claim it on my PlayStation. if someone could get this to bungie that would be great i just really wanna know how to solve this issue as i read earlier in the rules that any dlc u purchase on another platform ex: PS4 and then cross save to pc, the dlcs will not transfer. so if there is anyway bungie could i receive my preorder bonuses and dlcs that i paid for?

  • Bungie cannot assist with moving DLCs to another platform. Your licenses for that content are completely handled by the platform, which is why Cross Save cannot transfer them. If you can't play on your PlayStation account for two months and don't want to wait that out, you could request a refund from Sony and then purchase it on Steam instead. Because you have Cross Save already set up (and assuming it's set up correctly with the right accounts), your characters would still receive the Season Passes which you could access on each platform, while the main expansion would be accessible only on Steam.
