It’s a redistribution of the current damage profile - no longer 1 shotting, but allowing for the intended play style to still work.
It’s still a lesser dragonfly - which does up to 60 in its radius (90 with dragonfly spec)
You could speed up the tick rate so that health regen happens sooner too - but this idea is one to keep the original purpose of the bow around, while taking out the one shots, which seems to be the bigger issue around them.
There’s not a lot you can do against the Bow Handcannon swap style either - but that’s a bigger problem than just with Le Mon
Yeah the swap thing is also a problem. And that bow should have never been capable of a one shot in the first place. But even when it doesn't one shot its an awful lot of damage for modes where the person using the bow generally isn't going to be the only person shooting at someone. So a lot of time its basically the same thing as the hand cannon swap only someone else does the handcannon part. After a pretty definite hit from the bow.
