Was just checking it out because my son wants a beanie & t-shirt that I “earned,” and these greedy fools are charging individual shipping costs per item and you must order individually for pre order items. If you order 9 items you’re paying $99 dollars shipping cost on top because the average shipping cost is 11 dollars unless a large & heavy item is bought. If you had earned and wanted all the seals and other swag, you could be looking at upwards of 3-400 bucks plus another $100-$160 solely on shipping.
I’ve seen some shady things but this, this is on a whole new level of greed.
Edit: I wasn’t exactly clear on what happened and was a bit tilted when I wrote the op so for clarification: I had purchased realmwalker seal in November and was trying to add the 30th pin set, strange coin, and a few more seals I had “earned” since November to the t-shirt/beanie order. I hope that helps give better clarity.

Yes was going to buy the strange coin then seen the shipping was 10 dollars extra and was like nope I’m not spending 30 dollars on a coin replica If it had been less I might have The shipping fees are unusually high -
9 RepliesYea items shipped separate will have different shipping costs. That’s how the mail has always worked. For “a dad” you don’t know much about the mail.

Edited by XXxMoistOGxXX: 2/6/2022 10:20:32 AMBungie is not the only company to do this, many companies do this sort of thing to maximize profit, also you need to look up trade laws in your country, prices on shipping depends on how it’s getting to you and the current inflation in the market and travel costs, so the market for goods is always fluctuating, ports around the world are backed up causing massive delays and inflating costs because of more demand than product, once you know this it helps when seeing this sort of thing, does it suck? Yes, but prices are dependent on the economic costs.

Considering they own and sell their items, they set the market, and pricing. Don’t want it don’t buy it.

1 ReplyEdited by SARS-COV-2 B.1.617.2: 2/5/2022 7:21:06 PMIf you're ordering the "Moments of Triumph 2021" shirt, it's a preorder and will most likely be shipped separately from the beanie, which explains the additional shipping cost. $9 for shipping does seem a bit high, but domestic shipping costs have increased this year. Just to double check, I added a beanie and a shirt - none of them were "preorders" - and the shipping cost for both items were $6.73 for Standard Shipping, or $10.55 for Expedited shipping to California.

Bungie has a always been known for top level greed.

They could've combined the shipping items together to save on shipping costs.

6 RepliesMaybe the items can't be shipped together since they're preorders?
