I ordered a tricorn pin on July 7th. It was sent on October and due to local post issues as well I received in on January 9th. Upon ordering it was stated that the triple tip emblem code would be in the package. The email containing my digital rewards codes only had bungie day and threads of light in it. Eventually though, the triple tip code was NOT in the package nor was ever sent to me by email all these months.
I tried to contact support and bungie store but after a month still no answer. Is there another way to contact them or something I can do to get my emblem. I mainly bought the pin for the emblem so this is really disheartening.
