What have you done on your end?? Have you done a search for that error code on Bungie.net or the Destiny app to bring up a help guide? Have you ran a full internet diagnostic looking for issues. Have you even done the basic reset of your router and then cleared your system's cache to refresh your Internet connection.

I have already done all this on the diagnosis, nothing usually changes, on the other hand, you are talking to me about emptying the cache of the router, how do you do it?

  • Reset router. Clear platforms system's cache. Turn off router and leave for 5 min. Clear system's cache (consoles is to turn it off as well preferably by unplugging it). Turn router back on and let it reboot. Turn your platform back on.

I deleted most of the caches that could be a problem and reset my router, I'll try to play again and I'll see, I'll let you know! and thank you
