It's interesting, reading people post "just go play something else". While, I understand the point of that response, it negates the fact that this is a purchased product, not working, and the consumer asking the supplier to make it work. If your internet, stopped, you'd ring the provider to find out why. Or is "just go outside and do something else" an appropriate response? Buy a new car, it stops working; "just walk then", or, do you call the mechanic/dealership to get it fixed? If you are a pure F2P player, no content paid for, then yep, play something else, the free service is currently unavailable. If you're a paying customer, you can have an expectation that the good will work as intended. The level of reaction, in relation to this expectation, can leave something to be desired though.
