When I try to play stuff like strikes with my friend or just simply load into a world together it just returns me to orbit or the main menu and gives me random network errors. Also the other stuff that happens that I wrote in the title. I use ethernet and my connection is not extremely bad so it makes no sense. My game is located in my hdd because my ssd is too full. How is there no fix to these after 5 years when basically most of the playerbase has these problems? thanks.

I would figure out a way of putting D2 on the ssd and transfer some other files to your hdd. Have you tried opening ports through your router? Look it up, helped me with some error codes. Also try lowering the ping settings in steam and see if that helps. In windows search bar type %appdata% and in bungie folder delete the cvars files. Game will generate a new 1 when u login again you will just need to switch your video settings back to what u had them as though and then restart steam again for them to take effect. If you've overcooked your gpu that can alter you load times as well. Happened to me. Soon as I put it to default was bk to normal. Only other thing I can think of is clear download cache in steam and restart your router. You using nvidia gpu or amd?
