Ban period is over, but I have not been unbanned yet
I had been banned from matchmaking activities in 2021 around[b] late October*[/b] for [b]2 months[/b] because of an unstable connection.
[b]more than 2 months[/b] passed but I haven't been un-banned :(
I [b]didn't receive any notice about a ban extension[/b] or anything of the sorts.
I couldn't find any help tickets or anything so I posted this here, please let me know what I can do about this situation

1 ReplyUnfortunately no one on the forums will be able to assist with this. Bans and restrictions are not discussed here because Bungie has a contact form related to them. All you can do is fill out the form linked on this page, https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction Keep in mind, they will only respond if they find they made a mistake on your restriction in some manner. If not, then you likely won't hear anything and will just have to continue coming back and checking to see if you can access activities. Be aware that once your restriction ends, if you have not addressed your connection issues you will risk additional two month restrictions if you continue to play Gambit or Crucible.

1 ReplyYou have matches in November, so probably still have time left. It is a full 2 months from when the restriction is placed, nothing you can do but wait it out.
