Decrypting Darkness
No matter what I do I can not obtain the decrypting the darkness quest, so I cant focus engrams. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hey there. Did you pick up Wayfinder's Voyage I from the compass station at HELM, and get this to step 3? It is the only thing that actually makes Decrypting the Darkness appear at the recaster, even though the Legacy quests both mention it.
