Can't unlink Prime Gaming Account

Hi, Logged in my account, when i go to https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/AccountLinking the page its showing two prime gaming associated in Authorized Applications, but when click in the unlink button nothing happen. Why i can't unlink my prime gaming account? Thanks
