Prime Gaming Content Not Delivering - Second Month in a Row
This is the second month in a row where I'm unable to locate my Prime Gaming in-game content after redemption. I attempted to re-link my accounts as is recommended on the landing page, but my Bungie profile shows nothing being redeemed from Prime Gaming and I'm obviously seeing nothing in-game.
I understand these are "free" pieces of content, but I love receiving them as a benefit of my Prime subscription every month. Does anyone have a fix or information from Bungie about this? This has been widely reported over the past month or so.

27 RepliesDo you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account? If you go into your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]? If you accidentally linked the wrong Bungie.net account to your Amazon Prime account and you haven’t yet claimed the Destiny 2 offer, follow these steps: Step 1: Make sure you've logged out of the wrong Bungie.net account.
