I own Deluxe Ed. but can't access past content
Like the title says, I bought the deluxe version of the game but I cannot access past content. For example, I cannot acquire the "Voice on the Other Side" exotic quest from Zavala. It says, "Requires Season 13".
When I click the quest to acquire it prompts me to buy the deluxe edition upgrade....
Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated, thanks.

8 RepliesHello. Records show that you only own the Beyond Light +1 Season Edition and only have access to the newest season, Season of the Lost.

1 ReplyAre you using an alternate account on your console, or the original one that purchased the DLC? How long ago did you enable Cross-Save?

Hey, Please ensure that the content has been installed on the platform you purchased it from, you can find this in your game library. If it is installed please try [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]Restoring the Game License[/url] and let me know how that goes. However if those 2 suggestions do not resolve the issue you will need to contact the platforms support as they are the ones that handle the management and allocation of game licenses, Bungie do not have any authority over this.
