I have mentioned this so many times and always receive hatred for the idea.
Bungie has had so many underwhelming perks go unnoticed and this would be a very good solution for them since the same can be said about a lot of the weapon mods.
Me personally, the specs need to be removed and incorporated directly into the weapons themselves. What is the point in putting on damage modifier when it can be incorporated into the weapons themselves? They can literally be intrinsic perks.

i dont think removing the damage mods is necessary, but what i do think is necessary is for something to compete with them.
-
Well the damage mods can be tweak in terms of making them similar to Taken spec. Instead of Boss Spec or Major Spec, just makes it Fallen or Cabal Spec.

A lot of your takes on many perks were really, really bad to be fair.

Because you don’t comprehend the logic of ideas versus actual changes happening. Do you believe anybody uses their brainstorming concepts as the final product for their content or material?? I mean it is Trials and Error 101 for common sense. If you cannot understand that when players are providing feedback, they aren’t asking for their ideas to be the final state, they are simply adding ideas or seeking changes/improvements due to frustration or the game not reaching the potential they desire. I can’t believe I have to tell players such as yourself this mentality.

Lmao. Holy hell.
My ideas werent terrible, useless takes! Everyone else is just dumb!
Get over yourself you reject.

Edited by hate n payne: 12/30/2021 8:07:38 PMOooooo. Nice response to something meant to be a debate about the improvements for the game. Guess feedback isn’t your forte, Karen. Can’t even debate without crying like a spoiled baby and name calling. 😂😂😂😂😂 What is saddening is you haven’t even responded once to the player making the post…. I swear players such as yourself need to find a different hobby because gaming isn’t for you. If you cannot comprehend the ideals of providing feedback, sharing ideas without the use of belittling like a school child, then why are you here.
-
Your garbage takes are barely feedback dude. Not to mention it’s ironic that you’ll call me a baby but then you’ll cry about the fact that nobody agreed with you and your awful takes.

Edited by hate n payne: 12/30/2021 8:11:26 PMWho cares if anyone agrees with me. Do you think I am sitting here waiting for players to agree with me and when they don’t, I whine about it??? No. Not even a thought in my mind nor sight. It is feedback not a YT channel. I mean what you do think players are suppose to do when they have issues with the game they brought and play. Let me guess….Be silence huh. Calls players garbage but has yet to bring any ideas or thoughts to the table to improve the game. 😂😂😂
I have an issue with the game. I have to make perks work within my build. I don’t want to do that, so make the perks that are already good completely broken.
Edited by hate n payne: 12/30/2021 8:13:59 PMBut that isn’t the topic of conversation though for the post. The player is literally talking about underwhelming perks and mods. You are way off the rocker for sure. You are literally here just to bicker and argue. Childish. Good day to you. This conversation is going no where and I am losing precious brain cells entertaining it.

Edited by Stardust Hyena: 12/30/2021 8:15:08 PMDiscussion about perks almost always boils down to someone not being willing to make a perk work or having no idea how to make a perk work. This post is no exception. Most of the perks he mentioned are genuinely fine as is.

most perks in the game has their niche where they excel, but the same could have been said for Full auto, which they turned into a mod. when i look at perks i find underperforming, its mostly because it has so much to compete against. take a perk like "underdog" which is just a worse version of "pulse Monitor" which is also a perk most people wouldn't consider to go for, outside very specific moments. the whole idea about turning underperforming perks into mods, like how they did with full auto is just to add some more utility, and just options in general to the mod slot, so that the damage mods has something to compete against.
