give us some more info on this issue, its been a week and i cant even do a single thing to progress on getting the forerunner side arm or even enjoy the 30th anniversary event

That's been the company line since the 8th, how about a different response? While we wait for Bungie to pull their collective heads out of their butts, if you do Windows Key +R and type %appdata% it'll bring up your App Data folder. Find the Bungie folder & delete the Destiny 2 folder inside. This is the only workaround I have found & I can normally get about 2 hours of play before another crash. Hope this helps some people enjoy what that can, while Bungo figures things out.
