Destiny crashing during dares of eternity
Playing on Xbox One X. Game frequently crashes to desktop during Dares of Eternity. Not just to me, but multiple members of my clan and fireteam.
My friends and I tried to complete the legendary version for hours, but we could never even finish it (multiple attempts), game would crash at the boss or lightning round and we would wipe.
No error codes. Just a hard crash.

Yup. PC, crashes 2 out of 3 tries. Hard crash. Whole game quits to desktop. At this point, I'm not playing until it's fixed. :/

Same issue on PC, I have only been able to complete about 10% of the runs without a hard crash, just crashed out of a lightning round

Same on the PC always in the final room . this is not well bungie it is time consuming to get points and from 12 games 4 crashed in the final room Warlock or Titan is the same . no rewards just bad feelings and no feeling to progres in dares of eternity. Do something pls. Thank you

1 ReplyPS5 too, reported to PS hard crash. No errors. About 2-3 times each day the last few days Nothing in bungie's help twitter? Cosmo and DMG silent.

I’m having the same issue too. It used to be it only happened every one and a while but now it seems to be happening almost every time I play dares of eternity.

Always in the last encounter. Was capturing Zone D during a Lightning Round too! Big letdown. … I’m on XBox Series X. The first crash was during the Cabal boss, but the second crash (lightning round) was at the Vex boss.

I've been crashing nearly one in three rounds on PC. This happening so often can't be good for any kind of hardware.

Having the same problem on legend at the vex boss and lightning round. Fireteam was a mix of xb1, series x and pc. Game froze then back to home screen. No errors. For all in the fireteam. Tried several times in a row with the same results.

Dude, yes. It's happened to me like 10 times today, not 100% sure what's going on. Sorry that keeps happening to you homie but it is a little bit of a consolation now knowing that I'm not the only one 😂😂😂

Also crashing for me on the Cabal boss, and also during the lightning round if my team gets it during the week 1 legendary boss lightning round. I am on an xbox one x.

Same thing here, and I'm on Xbox One X. My crashes involve a screen freeze, a horrific noise for about 10 to 20 seconds and then boom, back to the Xbox Desk Top. Most of mine have been when I reach the Final boss. Talk abut extending our game play through artificial means. So until Bungle patches this, I'm not wasting my time playing Destiny. Their are better games (Halo Infinite Campaign and Multiplayer, Outriders, Fallout 76, GTA 5) than this.

Mine is doing it as well. I'm also getting game freeze in the roster menu and another of notifications saying I don't have internet when I'm in a party. And the game randomly is asking me for a $8.00 charge for beyond light as well. All this since the 30th pack dropped
