Ok, so.
Eververse was here before fortnite.
I'll give you points on the transmog stuff.
Neither content vaulting nor sunsetting had anything to do with the game being free to play.
Delays happened even before it became free to play.
We never had a year long season. The longest we got is a 6 month season, but this point is still bs.
Again, points for the unbalanced pvp, but that was a problem even before the game became free to play.
And RNG grind? Seriously? It was ALWAYS like this, since D1.
Your best points are the eververse and transmog, and only one of them makes sense.

Just because Eververse was here before Fortnite doesn't mean that its better lol. Most everybody disagrees about content vaulting, nowadays almost everybody has hard drives and shaving 30 GB off of the game's size is not worth the content we lost. But yes you're right that technically doesn't have anything to do with F2P Delays were much less prevalent before F2P, when Activision pressured Bungie more to release stuff on time. We are currently in an almost year-long season. We had consistent seasons in year two, and since D2 went F2P there have been rampant delays making seasons longer. Before F2P at least Bungie had an incentive to improve their game, in that Activision is greedy and wants people to play their game so that they get money. As for RNG grind, haven't you noticed that since D2 went F2P we've been getting less and less exotics that take more and more time to get? Like lost sector exotics, what a joke. I sure do love farming the same lost sector I've done hundreds of times to get ONE exotic armor piece per season. Remember when we had exotic quests every season? Not just one long -blam!- quest and one free exotic (of course free only if you pay). Nobody likes farming raids for RNG based exotics, which has been an issue since Y2 D2.

I never said it was better, i said eververse was here before fortnite. Content vault and sunsetting have nothing to do with the ganr becoming freento play. People having space or not is a whole other can of worms. Delays still happened before we went free to play, so its not the fault of it becoming it. Even then, we dhavent had a year long season, so the ergument is still stupid. I would argue the opposite.we are getting more and more exotics. Hell, before legendary lost sectors, you needed to do nightfalls, which take three times the time of a lost sector, for an even smaller chance of getting what you want. I do agree that raid exotics being RNG is kinda annoying, but some people prefer it over a quest. I disagree with them, but what can i do?
