Harbinger bug?- No feathers and no Hawkmoon
I've tried running the Harbinger quest on my second character but no feathers to be found neither am I being rewarded the Hawkmoon at the end of the quest. The only thing I got was a weekly pinnacle.
Is there a bug or am I doing something wrong?
