Email verification

My email is already verified yet the bungie store says I need to verify my email in order to unlock and redeem rewards. No option to re-verify my email. I never had an issue with my triumph rewards unlocking before. What do I need to do?

  • Hello. If a previous email was receiving these emails but no longer is, you may need to create a new email. You may need to use a major email provider, such as Gmail or Outlook, to receive the verification email. Once you receive the email, verify it on your Bungie.net account then resend the Bungie Rewards email. Make sure to click "THIS LINK" when you receive the email.

    • I am in the same boat, and there is no real way of solving this. Its just circular go here do this go there do this. Then you are told, go to the forums.

    • Is it possible to find the original verification email? sometimes if they have expired there is an option to resend one.
