Hello. Records show that these drops are all on your account and were put on your PlayStation account. Since your added your Steam account after you already claimed those rewards, they won't appear on your Steam account. Furthermore, I see that you are using Cross Save now and are using your Steam characters for Cross Save, so you will be unable to obtain these rewards unless you deactivate Cross Save and use your PlayStation characters instead.

  • I understand the logic behind that statement about rewards being sent to another platform due to the way my account was linked but I chose to link accounts so as to continue Destiny on the PC versus the Console with the intention of never going back. I also remember choosing to make new characters on Steam exclusively because it was my only option during the process, otherwise, I would have carried my originals on over and not looked back. I just went back to check and my Bungie Cross Save page shows I do not have any characters on the Playstation platform (same as when I made the choice to start on Steam with Cross Save). Further troubleshooting performed: I have powered on and updated my previously disconnected (for unknown time) PS4 which I remember playing the original Destiny on. I then checked my original Destiny (disc) and downloaded Destiny 2. I had Destiny 2 BETA in my library but not Destiny 2. I found that I had access to Destiny 2 via PS+ so I downloaded it there. For both, I checked my libraries, trophies, and other tracking data that I could access. I checked my trophies and screenshots for time stamps and records for Destiny 1 & 2 but only found things for Destiny.   • I was definitely concerned about this portion as I read that section of the guide but here I am, following troubleshooting directions from Bungie. It appeared to be the only way to check/prove anything... If I can get to the bottom of this and get the rewards that I thought I'd be getting on Steam, or anywhere at this point, then I will continue or start over on whatever platform I must to get the items I have claimed but not received and re-do the Cross Save portion (after allotted time) down the road - if required - to move over to PC, again. I honestly couldn't care less about the cross save feature as I only linked and authenticated my accounts in the hopes that it would make things easier getting started on PC and a safety measure for anything down the line (like playing while I order a PC part replacement). That hasn't happened and moving forward I would choose to simply wait and not use the feature. Simply put, I'd let Bungie wipe my account(s) clean or whatever and start over on PC to avoid any security concerns or something if it meant I'd be able to move forward with the items I claimed that then went into the void. If I must play on PS4 for some time to be able to shift back onto PC later, so be it. But seeing as how it seems I never had characters there in the first place it just seems like it'd be easier to send this to characters that are already in existence. It's been proven that I do not even have characters on Playstation, aside from the original Destiny, so I'm looking for help on the next steps now to locate these items [i]and characters[/i] it seems now. [i]Note: I have to admit, open-forum style troubleshooting sure does make me uncomfortable with account-related troubleshooting and detail sharing.[/i]

  • Regardless of whatever might be "discovered," Prime Gaming bundles can only be claimed once and Bungie does not offer any service to transfer characters, gear, or cosmetics between accounts.
