Every trigger pull shoots, no pre charging or vooping around corners. The moment that trigger is pulled, there's no going back, you use a shot. Kinda stupid that a weapon can mitigate it's only downside by just pulling and releasing the trigger. Especially given Bungie's crusade against sniper flinch and shotgun range (not that they weren't warranted). When a weapon has an obvious drawback that keeps it balanced, you shouldn't be able to work around it without being very good with said weapon. Pre charging isn't remotely difficult to do, and is a very significant element of what sets the skill ceiling of Fusion rifles. Buff charge time to balance this, maintain skill floor, reduce skill ceiling. A 'good' Fusion rifle user shouldn't be as oppressive as they are in the current meta.
