Query Failed when trying to buy silver and Witch Queen DLC

For some reason, I'm getting an error message of "Query Failed" when trying to purchase The Witch Queen DLC. I haven't had any problems with purchases on this game before...is there a fix? Or is it Bungies end??

Go direct to the Microsoft store and not via Eververse or Bungie.

I'm having the exact same issue - both Witch Queen and 30th Anniversary Bundle say 'Query Failed' Did buying direct from XBOX or Playstation store work for you?
