I've gotten the error code multiple times in pvp and pve. In pvp it varies from just loading into content and some intense gun fights also lead to this area code and in pve it seems to be when there is a lot happening on the screen. I can't even load into crucible or gambit content anymore it kicks me before I can enter the game.
