Hi there. If you simply get an error that it failed to authenticate, try switching to Incognito/Private mode or to a different desktop browser and try again. If you get a message saying the account you are trying to authenticate does not match the one linked to your profile, follow these steps: Go to your Steam client and sign out. Sign in again manually (do not use auto-fill) and take note of the username/email and password you used to sign in. Then launch D2 on Steam or go to Bungie.net and sign into your profile with Steam and enter the same login credentials. If your profile is different than the one you're posting with, or you do not see the expected Steam character(s) on your D2 login screen, you have multiple Steam accounts. That typically happens because Steam allows players to create accounts with the same email and doesn't require unique usernames.
