  • I've tried appealing but it got denied, I shared a screenshot of my connection being full as well What does ISP stand for sorry? Im using wifi on my laptop and it's usually just me using the connection or sometimes 1 other person so there's a maximum of 2 appliances connected at a time

    ISP is who you get your internet from. If you can give us the answers to those questions and your speeds along with ping results we will be able to assist in trying to find your problem. But please be 100% honest. Your first problem is the Wifi also is your laptop a high-end gaming one?

  • I'll have to get back to you about it after I check, how do I know my speed as well or is that smth I have to get off my internet provider? By ping I'm assuming you mean the number top left when I'm gaming?

    I gave you the links for the Speed test and one for ping highlighted in yellow in the post above just click and it will take you to the sites. You need to do nothing with your internet provider at the moment just provide use you speeds up/down and ping and the answers to the questions.
