Drifter notification won't go away
I just came back from a break. Stopped in 2019. Just started playing last week lol
I've tried doing bounties and completeting quests for him and it hasnt done anything...
It is also happening to my fiancè and three of our friends.
I have OCD with notifications...

1 ReplyCheck his prisms. Idk what you're at but for me Zavala had that and I realized I was at the cap for them so I couldn't claim the prism reward thus it wasn't lit up.

He wants more dark chocolate mote cookies but Eva is holding out on him. He's got the same bug for me as well. I've done the bounties, collected rewards etc. Still have the same problem.

This has happened to me for the second time this season and has happened over the previous 2 seasons too. I ranked up to Max and reset, then it stopped. It just started again, once my Titan reached Gambit Rank 7 and I collected my "reward". To be 100% clear in case Bungle ever decides to look into it, it happens as soon as you hit Rank 7 and then continually blinks thereafter until you reset. This is on Xbox if it matters.

2 RepliesEris on the Moon does the same thing for me, I think I know what caused it but I don't know how to fix it so I just ignore it (which is probably easier to do than ignoring Drifter thankfully).

+1, the bug is real, started this season for me. Kicks in after I do 8 bounties for Drifter. Which I didn’t often do in previous seasons , so may have been around longer.

That unending flashing happens on quite a few vendors for me?! Not sure of the cause or cure; it first started with the Stranger…thought it was something to do with collecting those items for the Aspects and whatnot. I did ask, but she said she had no time to explain… 🤖 Cheers! MDGA 👈

3 RepliesChances are, like most players, you keep your engrams full because no one turns in umbrals and they just sit. Bet if you clear some engram space ol’ drifter will have that first reward engram all bright and shiny

Same. For a few seasons now. For me it doesn't start out that way on reset, it just starts doing it after I do the 8 weekly bounties for the bright dust. Then it's like that for the rest of the week. There's nothing to claim. When I just had a Titan it didn't do that, it only started doing that after I created a Warlock and a Hunter and abandoned the Malfeasance quests on them since I already had it. But that might just be a coincidence because my Titan has the Drifter notification bug too.
