So I was shipped the wrong item from the Bungie store. I would really like to get what I ordered but they aren't responding. I have sent a request through the store for an exchange. I have also emailed their customer support. A ticket has been made but I have only received an automated response that my request is in the queue. It has been a couple of WEEKS with zero responses... please help. If you work there or know someone that does it would be super nice if someone could pay attention to the support queue. Thanks!

I once bought a few things on the Bungie store, but had incorrectly entered my E-mail. And since they items were purely digital, they got sent and from Bungie's perspective the transaction was complete. I tried for TWO MONTHS to get ANY kind of help and got useless automated responses and redirections to things I had already used. The Bungie store has garbage support, and you're probably not going to get any help.
