I think i know how to improve Wish-Ender...

Forgive my wall of text, as usual with my posts, if you wish to cut the long story - short. Then i have highlighted the main areas in [i]Bold[/i] or[b] Italic[/b]. Alright, so Wish-Ender has been a topic ive seen pop up a couple times in the past few weeks, alongside other exotics in need of a catalyst or buff or rework. I was actually thinking of reworks and i think i figured out what Wish-Ender's could be... [b][i][/i]First let me start of with its ammo type, PvE will be unchanhed and will still be a Kinetic, Standard Ammunition type, bow. In PvP it will be an Energy bow but still maintaining it Kinetic slot ofcourse. So to clarify, in PvP you start with [u]2[/u] shots.[/b][/i] The reason why this is, is because of its Exotic perk rework, Queens Wrath. Exotic Perk - [i][b]Queens Wrath[/b] - Ability to see targets through walls when aimed in. Enemies hit by an Arrow will become weakened (more susceptible to damage) and slowed.[/i] Exotic Catalyst. Wish-Ender will not only recieve a rework but also a Catalyst, i think i have the perfect solution for it to combo with its slightly adjusted perk. Catalyst - [b][i]The Final Wish[/b] - The Ability to see through walls has now been disabled in PvP... Still active in PvE. [b]Enemies struck and inflicted with the Queens Wrath debuff (Weakened + Slowed), will now also be tracked through walls by all allies. Tracking is a pulsating area, Any surrounding enemy close to the affected target inflicted with the Queens Wrath debuff, will also be seen through walls, slowed and weakened. - This effect lasts 5.5 seconds and can NOT stack. The Debuff will have to finish in order for the target to be under the Queens Wrath debuff again. [/i][/b] I truly think this will turn a niche weapon into a favoured one. Weakening will be useful for PvE content, not to mention it being standard Ammo in PvE rather than Special as it will be in PvP. In PvP it will see more utility usage and team work. I have mentioned both PvE and PvP aspects and have asked to seperate some changes due to balancing issues.
