Ever since the Season 15 update, I have been unable to hear any in-game voice chat. Everyone can hear me just fine, but I cannot hear anyone else. I am able to see the speaker icon that my friends are trying to talk to me, but I do not see the icon light up nor can I hear them.
Here are the things I have tried:
1) As per https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196431-Destiny-Audio-Guide, I have set my microphone privacy settings to be shared by Destiny 2. I have also set my headset (Logitech G Pro X wireless) to be my default device and default communications device in my Windows 10 sound options. I have set my microphone (Elgato Wave 1) to be my default device and default communications device in sound options.
2) As per https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496751-Advanced-Troubleshooting-UPnP-Port-Forwarding-and-NAT-Types, I have port forwarded all of the relevant PC ports and my NAT type changed from "Moderate" >> "Open"
3) I have reset my audio settings inside of Destiny 2 to default, many times. Voice chat is on, and I have push to talk set.
4) I have restarted my router and my computer, many times.
What should I try next to resolve this issue?

1 ReplyI solved the problem after someone posted about it in another post. In windows, right click on the speaker icon in the taskbar > sounds > playback tab > right click on your preferred playback device > 'Set as Default Communication Device'. I had two devices as default. Restart destiny 2. It should work.
