Are we ever going to have the ability to change our characters appearance? I’m not talking about their armor ornaments or shaders I mean their face/gender/hair?

Started a new topic: Who wants appearance changing after character is made(2 Replies))

I do really want to see this implemented with maybe better model selections. I feel certain armor pieces in this game work better for each gender.

I too would love to see this.... I started my hunter completely over as well as warlock....I'd like to change my titan to awoken but don't want to lose my progress he's made with all the sunset dlcs

3 RepliesI love seeing people getting all political/assuming this is about my personal gender and wanting representation in game on this post even though it’s not about that. I didn’t ask this because of anything personal. I just want to change things up with my guardian. Experience some of the new cut scenes that are bound to come with witch queen and later this season in a different way than I have the past 7 years since D1. I’m a straight male. I made three guardians. And kept them the same since D1. I’m bored with how they look and sound in cutscenes and wanted to know if the ability to change that was ever in talks or on the way. Yea maybe it’s make people feel more included and I’m all for that, but that’s not why I’ve made this post and asked this question. Not to offend anyone, not to start some political debate over it. Because I was curious if I could ever or would ever be able to change up my guardian.

2 RepliesEdited by Black-Cat-Jinx: 9/10/2021 8:54:18 AMThe purpose of helmets in this game. Brown paper bag to hide how ugly you are. Seriously improve the character creation with better models and allow helmets to be optional. It's been almost a decade. None of the other guardians wear helmets... well... except Saint...

I wish there was something like that. I'd also want a good zoom in on my guardians so I can see them not zoomed out.
-
Yes! I have green exo and it dosen't fit most of my armor colors. I just want take my helmet off sometimes.

4 RepliesSomeone made the manditory monthly post lol

2 RepliesWhat I'd like to know is if it's even possible for a character appearance change to even be implemented from a technical perspective or would it just create a huge problem with triumphs and quests and all that other jazz.

1 ReplyIt will be another bounty grind where you will work towards another currency to transmog your face.

I wanted to change my race of my hunter from human to awoken i deleted the hunter and had to start over i wish they would add something so people don't have to delete there characters to change something

4 RepliesPlus more appearance options. Customisable faces, beards, more hairstyles, separating body type and gender. Also make it free (at least once).
-
1 ReplyStep 1. Put helmet on Step 2. Cry

5 RepliesFace/gender/hair 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 Why aren't you happy with what you originally created?
-
5 Repliesyea, its not very diverse or inclusive not being to able to change ones genders wheres the LGBTQCIA+ support bungie?
-
I’m not that bothered. Always wear the helmet.
-
Would be nice. I would love to change my warlock to a male. Something about the robes just doesn't look right on females... it looks like they are wearing ugly dresses.
-
Why would we? We see our gurdian without helmet only in the social spaces or durning a cutscene. It makes no sense! I am happy enough with the armors we have
-
Man I wish I could change my character's hair color. I'd even sell my soul to Tess Everis if it meant I could, just once. Please Bungie, let me change my Awoken's pink hair. IT WAS JUST A PHASE.

I’d love that ability! I’ve had my warlock since D1 and along this journey I really wish I could change certain things about him but don’t want to delete the character in order to do so.
