Is there a way to get into contact with a Bungie customer service employee I have gotten are bot responses it has been 6 days since I purchased my order and I have yet to receive a confirmation or code on whether I actually own the preorder? The only thing I have is me being charged on my checking account and an order number it would be greatly appreciated if I can talk to someone that can confirm by purchase because I did not even receive a code at all.
