Problem With My Witch Queen Collectors Edition Purchase

I purchased The Witch Queen Collector's Edition the day it came out however it was on a guest purchase not on my Bungie store account. I did not receive a confirmation email after I purchased it but it was charged on my credit card and have the order number just no email or e-delivery of digital game code including a pre-order pack of the 30th-anniversary pack and it has already been over 24 hours but no response on any confirmation on my order. I have already emailed them about this issue but all I got were bot responses that end up leading me to the FAQ where it points back to Bungie support which leads back to the same cycle. Can someone please help is anyone having similar issues?
