Account security is the responsibility of the player. Bungie cannot assist in deactivating Cross Save if you are unable to authenticate that account, and PlayStation support is the only one who can help you to regain access to it. When reaching out to them, do not mention bungie.net, Destiny, Cross Save, etc—all they need to know is that you need help getting your account back.
Unauthorized Account Links
Bungie will not remove unauthorized Cross Save links from Bungie.net profiles. Players are recommended to not share their account details with anyone, and to set up 2-step authentication on their platform accounts to prevent unauthorized access. The excerpt I quoted above is Bungie's policy. Even if you were to contact them directly about it, they would tell you the same thing.

Can you please tell me a way to contact them email phone anything

Bungie does not have a support email or phone number. There is a contact form specifically for Cross Save related issues; however, in that article it explicitly says the following:
This contact form is not intended for: • Players to request characters or items be permanently transferred between accounts. • Players to request DLC licenses be transferred between platforms. • PC Migration help. • Assistance with hacked platform accounts. • Players to request accounts to be added or removed from their Cross Save or Bungie.net profiles.
Please refer to the last two bullet points. Bungie cannot assist in this matter.
