Can I not gift in game currency to my friend? If not can I get a refund back?
I wanted to gift some silver for my brother from my steam wallet. But instead I accidentally bought it for myself. Can I refund it? And am I able to gift in game currency?

3 RepliesHi there. Silver is not refundable in-game. You will need to contact Steam Support to see if they'd give you a refund. Be aware if you spend any of the Silver you received and then get a refund, it will result in you having a negative balance that must be repaid before you can buy anything from Eververse that costs Silver. There is no way to gift currency through the game. Steam may have a way for you to gift money or a Silver pack from your Steam wallet.

You can ask steam for a refund & be subject to their policy. As for gifting in-game, that’s not allowed. I also don’t see anywhere on steam that you can buy/gift for your friend. Only other suggestion is to get a steam gift card from your local retailer & give your friend the code to apply to their account.
