the account with the ban is done. if you want to continue playing you'd need to use a new account, including d3 if that ever happens.

Is there any know players that got unbanned?
-
not in a long long time. early on they did because of a mistake that was made but nobody in recent memory. and if you haven't been answered on your appeal, technically, that is your answer.
-
I know that nothing is there answer. This is a bad joke that the support will not answere your appeal if you are guilty or not I think this is the first gaming company that has no offical support form. After 12 Years buying every game that has Bungie on it besides Marathon etc they ban a longtime fan. I made a mistake ok ban me a month or a year but not forever. The 60€ i put in yesterday is wasted on a company that ignores every thing.

to be fair, you admitted to having a cheat/trainer open when launching destiny. they are very strict. there is no way to tell if you intended to try to use it with d2 or not, just your word. and in this day and age that usually doesn't go very far.

Edited by NEFEARION: 7/30/2021 12:49:42 PMI have no clue how this exactly work but correct me if I´m wrong you have to choose an .exe that the trainer or whatever can use. So if I`m correct Destiny 2 has to scan your PC to find this Trainer and my Trainer never touched the Destiny .exe. If Destiny finds this tool on your PC and they ban you there should be a 1 time chance to reach out to them to make a call what exactly was on the PC. Or disable my cross save and let me play only on xbox so this will never happen again

not really. most cheats/trainers, scan any open and running processes for values that they might be able to manipulate, so it would have been detected right away.
