how to make my ps4 my main account
so as shown in the photo it says my Xbox is my active account but i play on my ps4 more than anything and when I clam bungie rewards they go to my Xbox and not my ps4 so is there any way I can set my ps4 as active console besides deactivate cross save?

3 RepliesYou are cross saved with Xbox characters as your main. Your psn has basic starter characters. If you make psn your main you will be starting over from scratch basically. Since you are using Xbox characters those would be the characters to get the rewards

Edited by EckyThump: 7/29/2021 9:47:37 PMYour characters are XBox characters and can never be moved from there, cross-save is just letting you play them on PS4. Disabling cross-save would make the characters inaccessible on PS4. Switching your active account from XBox to PS (which is somethig that can be done) would however make all the XBox characters, progression, etc, go dormant, and your previously dormant PS characters, So unfortunately while you can switch active accounts, it will not do what you want it to do (or rather, do many things you probably do not want it to).

Main account does not mean that this is the account you play on the most It means that this is the account that you activated at Cross Save
